Common Questions

What's the difference between the plans?
Start ($59) suits an owner-operator: 2 office users and 1 truck. Pro ($89) adds billing automation, replying to customers and the rest of the automated alerts, with 3 users and 2 trucks. Crew ($199) has unlimited users and trucks. Employees, clients and properties are unlimited on every plan.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You'll be prompted to pick a plan and enter a card — from $59/month. If you decide not to continue, your account simply stops — no charges, no cancellation fees. We don't auto-charge without you knowing it's coming.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Create your account and get full access for 14 days with no card required. You only enter payment info if you decide to keep going after the trial.
How many users can I add?
Office users: 2 on Start, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Crew. Employees using the crew app are unlimited on every plan, and so are clients and properties — you are never billed per user or per customer.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes. It runs in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Set your country once and your invoices and card charges run in your own currency — USD, CAD, AUD, NZD or GBP — through your own Stripe account.
Where do the included texts apply?
The US and Canada. Carriers in Australia, New Zealand and the UK charge several times more to deliver a text, so texting there is set up on request and priced by country — everything else works the same, and email alerts are included everywhere.
What's the texting pricing?
In the US and Canada, Start includes 500 texts a month, Pro 1,000, and Crew 2,000 — sent and received. A text is 160 characters; a longer one counts as two. If you go over, you can add blocks of 500 for $15 each.
How does auto-routing pricing work?
Start includes 50 auto-routes a month, Pro 100, and Crew 1,000. Go over and 250 more are added automatically for $5 - your dispatcher is never stopped mid-day. Smart Lasso map selections are unlimited on every plan.
Are there any contracts or annual commitments?
None. Month to month, always. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
Does this work for my kind of tree company?
Yes. Removals, trimming and pruning, stump grinding, plant health care, storm and emergency work, and arborist consults all run the same way — a job type, a price, a place on the waiting list. It works for a one-truck owner-operator or a company running several crews.
Can I keep track of pruning cycles and PHC programs?
Yes. Each property stores the number of trees, DBH and height, and you can set a recurring job when you finish a prune — for example "prune again in 3 years" — or set up a plant health care program of sprays, injections and fertilization. The jobs come back around on their own and the customer can be reminded automatically.
Can I keep spray and injection records?
Yes. Keep your products on file with their EPA registration numbers, save your mixes, and record the product, rate and amount used on every application along with the applicator license number. The chemical tracking report pulls it all together, and you can email customers chemical instructions after a treatment.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes. Bring your customer and property list over from a spreadsheet or a CSV export from your old software on any plan.
